How long will my order take?

Allow 7 to 15 days from order to delivery. Nothing is cut before you order it, so a few of those days are the making. You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing, to every country we ship to.

Will I pay customs or duty?

Orders to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid, so import tariffs are covered and there is nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives. Everywhere else, whatever your customs authority charges at the border is yours to pay. We cannot tell you in advance what it will be and we cannot refund it.

Where do you ship from?

Jaipur, India. Everything is made in our own workshop.

What sizes do you make?

XS to 4XL, and Custom. Custom means we cut to your own measurements at no extra charge. See made to measure.

Can I change the design?

Length, sleeve and neckline, yes, and there is no charge. Put it in the order note.

Can I get a style in a different colour?

Any style can be cut in any of our linens. Pick the colour on the product page, or choose Custom and name the colour in your order note. The colours are here.

Can I return something?

Within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with the tags on. Write to us through the contact page with your order number before you post anything, because we need to send you the return address. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it.

Can I return a custom size?

No, unless it arrives faulty or we cut it wrong. A piece cut to one person's measurements cannot be sold to anyone else. Ask us before you order if you are unsure.

How long do refunds take?

We check the parcel when it reaches us and refund to your original payment method within five working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Can I cancel?

Write to us straight away. Cutting starts soon after an order comes in, so it depends on how far along your piece is.

How do I wash it?

Cold machine wash, no fabric softener, line dry in the shade. The full version is on the care page.

Do you restock?

There is no stock to restock. Everything is made when it is ordered, so nothing sells out.
