How long will my order take?

We make it in 3 to 5 working days. Free shipping then takes 7 to 14 days, or 2 to 3 working days by express. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free everywhere. Express is priced at checkout.

Will I pay customs or duty?

Not in the US, Canada or Australia. We pay it for you. VAT is included for Germany. Elsewhere, your country may charge duty or tax on delivery, and we can't refund it.

Where do you ship from?

Our workshop in Jaipur, India.

What sizes do you make?

XS to 4XL, and Custom. With Custom we cut to your measurements, at no extra cost. How made to measure works.

Can I change the design?

Yes. Length, sleeve and neckline changes are free. Add them in the measurements box on the product page.

Can I get a different colour?

Yes. Any style comes in any of our 39 linens. See the colours.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. Standard sizes can be exchanged or refunded. Write to us with your order number first and we'll send the return address. You pay return postage unless the piece arrived faulty or wrong.

What if my custom piece isn't right?

We'll exchange or remake it within 30 days. We refund custom or altered pieces only if they arrive faulty or we cut them wrong.

How long do refunds take?

We refund within five working days of getting the parcel back. Your bank may take a few more days.

Can I cancel?

Message us on WhatsApp straight away. We can cancel until we cut the cloth.

How do I wash it?

Cold machine wash, no fabric softener, line dry in the shade. Care guide.

Will it sell out?

No. We make everything to order.
