You can exchange any piece. Nothing is final sale.
Your legal guarantee (EU)
In the EU you have a 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Our policies don't affect this right.
Standard sizes, XS to 4XL
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, for an exchange (another size or colour) or a refund.
Made to measure and altered pieces
If we cut it to your measurements or changed it at your request, we'll exchange or remake it within 30 days of delivery. Tell us what's wrong and we'll recut it. We refund these only if they arrive faulty or we cut them wrong.
How to send something back
Message us through the contact page or on WhatsApp with your order number before you post anything, and we'll send the return address. You pay return postage unless the piece arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. In that case, send us a photo and we'll cover it.
Refunds
We check the parcel when it arrives and refund to your original payment method within five working days. Your bank may take a few days longer. There's no restocking fee.
Exchanges
Tell us the size, colour or change you want. We cut the new piece once the first one reaches us, which takes 3 to 5 working days, and ship it free.
Cancellations
We start cutting soon after you order. Message us straight away and we'll cancel if we haven't cut the cloth yet.
After-sales services
- Free alterations: send it back and we'll adjust the fit.
- Repairs: seams, buttons and stitching on Ellementree pieces.
- Remake or exchange: in a different size or style.
