Terms of service

These terms cover anything you buy from ellementree.com, run by Ellementree, a linen workshop in Jaipur, India. By ordering, you accept them.

Ordering

We accept your order when we email a confirmation. If we can't make a piece, for example because a cloth has run out or a measurement is outside what we can cut, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Orders to the US, Canada and Australia ship Delivered Duty Paid, and prices for Germany include VAT. For other countries, prices don't include duty or tax charged at your border. We may change prices, but never after you've ordered.

Made to order

We cut every piece after you buy it, and making takes 3 to 5 working days before dispatch. Linen is a natural cloth. Colour varies a little between batches and it creases. Neither is a fault.

Custom work

Add your bust, waist, hips and height on the product page and we cut to them at no extra cost. Length, sleeve and neckline changes are free too. Custom or altered pieces can be exchanged or remade within 30 days, but we refund them only if they arrive faulty or we cut them wrong.

Returns

Our refund policy is part of these terms.

Our responsibility

If a piece arrives faulty or fails in normal wear, we'll repair, replace or refund it. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid, and we're not liable for indirect loss. None of this affects your legal rights where you live.

The photos and writing on this site are ours. Please ask before using them.

Governing law

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts of Jaipur have jurisdiction.
